Green Cleaning Recipes
Eco-Friendly Cleaning Solution Options
1. Glass Cleaner (for windows and mirrors)
Fill 16 oz. spray bottle with ¼ cup white vinegar and 1/4 tsp liquid detergent. Fill to the top with water. Shake to combine.
2. All-Purpose Cleaner
In a spray bottle, combine 1/4 cup borax and 1/2 quart hot water. (You can add a couple drops of essential oil for scent).
 3. Wood Floor Cleaner
Mix 1/4 cup white vinegar/lemon juice and 1/4 cup olive/veg. oil in a bottle.
4. Furniture Polish
In a spray bottle mix 1/2 tsp veg. or olive oil and 1/4 cup white vinegar or lemon juice. Shake well and apply small amount to cloth.
5. Bath and Tile Cleaner
Make a soft scrub by mixing 2 cups baking soda, 1/2 cup liquid castille soap, 4 tbls vegetable glycerin and a couple drops of vinegar. Apply, scrub and wipe.
